• Payment must be made in full at the time of the registration. ! Bank transfer is the preferred payment method.
• In case of credit cards transaction fees will be charged.
• No transfers between retreats, trainings, and/or workshops.
• No transfers of registrations between attendees.
• Trainings and retreats are non refundable, as we have obligations towards venues and as much as we understand each situation is personal there are no exceptions and we recommend participants to take a travel or event insurance for cancellation for unforeseen circumstances. If the participant omits doing so we cannot be held liable for any costs.
• We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if fewer than 12 participants have signed up 15 days before the retreat date or in case of circumstances beyond control like natural disasters and illness of teachers. In such circumstances the participants will be informed promptly and fee reimbursed. Any travel or other costs will not be reimbursed.
• We reserve the right to cancel the training if fewer than 10 participants have signed up 15 days before the training date or in case of circumstances beyond control like natural disasters and illness of teachers. In such circumstances the participants will be informed promptly and fee reimbursed. Any travel or other costs will not be reimbursed.
• When booking a double room while traveling alone, we will do our best to couple you with another solo traveller of the same gender. In case this is not possible, you will be asked to upgrade to a single room.
• Allregistrantsarerequiredtoinformbeforesubscribingofanymentalor physical issues prior to registration and may be advised to seek medical advice prior to travel. Please advise us of any allergies or special dietary needs you may have so they can be taken into consideration if possible.
• Registrants will be held liable for any damage to the accommodation facilities. It is expected that each participant has an individual public liability insurance policy.
• All participants are required to have an international health insurance that also covers medical care and transport home if needed. All participants are
responsible to book their personal travel insurance with enough coverage.
• Karianne or any guest teacher cannot be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage of property, or disruption of any program due to circumstances beyond their control.
• I am participating the training, workshops, events or retreats offered by Karianne or any guest teacher which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in trainings, workshops, events or retreats I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation or if I do so it is my responsibility and Karianne or any guest teacher is not liable.
• In further consideration of being permitted to participate in in trainings, workshops, events or retreats s, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have Karianne of any of the guest teacher for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
• I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge any covenant not to sue Karianne or any guest teacher for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
• I agree to hold Karianne or any guest teacher harmless for any injury caused to me during the practice indicated above.
• I am aware that I may be included in photographs taken at any training, workshop, event or retreat that may be used on any websites of Karianne or on any associated social media.
